POLICIES WHEN COMMISSIONING ME

➻ PAYMENT

The client may have the choice to pay at full price or make a down payment. However, if the client wishes to terminate the prior commission completion, the return fee will be 50%. If the client terminates after completion of work, there will be no refund. Making a down payment, I allow a certain date due for the client to pay before the work is done.If the client fails to pay by the due date, the commission will be paused. The client must pay through PayPal after reviewing the commission sketch work. If there is another alternative payment preference the client wishes to choose other than PayPal, please ask about Cash App or Venmo.

➻ ADDITIONAL COST

Additional costs will be added for intricate details on the character and background. Any additional characters will be 10-20 dollars extra on the original price. Simple work such as flat colors or no backgrounds there will not have an additional cost to it.The price may vary for sections of the character's body for specific work such as emojis, profile icons, portraits, and illustrations. This includes on the simplicity or the complexity of the animated emojis.

➻ ANIMATIONS

When working with animated emojis, icons, and stream alerts, time may vary due to the amount of work put into for the client. Therefore, it is advised to wait a month to see more results about the commission. Also, for emojis made for the client's discord server, size may vary depending on if the client has nitro or not.Therefore, I will send the original size first and a compressed version. Note that: the second copy of the animation may be altered to fit less than 256 kb size for discord.

➻ ALTERATIONS AND RUSH WORK

I will constantly give feedback and ask questions about any alterations made during the sketch phase. However, the artwork can be altered only three times; the client will be charged extra if asked to alter the work before I complete it. Therefore, rush work will cost extra than the original price by 50% more.

➻ REFERENCES

When working on illustrations or animations, I need a reference to the character, pose, and setting. I will later provide thumbnails suited for the client's needs; more references and descriptions will help for better results.When showing the sketches and final work, do not remove the signature and claim it as yours. I will report and cancel the process. However, there are limitations I can allow when drawing.

➻ WHAT IS ALLOWED AND WHAT IS LIMITED

I can draw anthropomorphic animals (safe for work only), pets, people, fan art, memes, and the client's original character. Not safe for work artworks are light and private, but I require an ID Verification with the client's hand present in the photo. Note: I will know if it is a google image or has been taken from somewhere else. This helps me not interact with minors and get into illegal trouble.I will hold on to the sketch until proven the client is 18 or older. If the client is underage, I will automatically block and stop all contact.

➻ REFUSAL

I refuse any service related to offensive or demeaning memes, political art, insensitive content, weird fetishes (you can ask about it), mechas, emulating another artist's style, free request, or pay with views. Again, I have every right to refuse service.
